BCBR Community Foundation serves the BCBR Community
The Black Corporate Board Readiness (BCBR) program was co-founded by Dennis Lanham and Thane Kreiner, PhD in response to structural inequities and the need for greater diversity in corporate governance. The BCBR program is offered by Leavey Executive Center at Santa Clara University.
Since the inaugural cohort launched in February, 2021, over 420 Participants have completed the BCBR program through 15 Cohorts, accompanied by more than 100 Mentors and Facilitators. The BCBR Community embraces all Alumni, Mentors, and Facilitators to promote excellence in boardrooms.
